FAQs
If you are studying for an MSc in Chemical Engineering, you qualify for the Student Mobility Award, even if your time abroad was part of an BSc in Chemical Engineering (or similar).
During Covid times, some students studied online at a foreign university. Special rules apply for this situation: Provided the foreign university awards 30cr or more for these studies during the Covid times (2020-2022), the period counts as “study abroad”.
Study programmes of chemical engineering in the broadest sense count towards the Student Mobility Award.
This includes for example studies in process engineering or mechanical engineering and chemical engineering studies with focus on food engineering, energy engineering, biochemical engineering, environmental technology, and other related fields.
