EFCE Membership

 

The Federation comprises three classes of membership:  Member Societies, Institutional Members and Honorary Members.

Member Societies

EFCE Member Society membership is open to European non-profit making professional scientific and technical societies whose activities embrace either wholly or partly the field of chemical engineering sciences and (A) which meet the conditions and obligations of Member Society membership as set out in the Constitution and as determined under the EFCE Rules from time to time; and (B) which are accepted for Member Society membership by the EFCE charity trustees.


Institutional Members

Institutional Membership is open to European and Non-European institutions and corporate bodies whose activities relate to the field of chemical and biochemical engineering sciences and which meet the conditions and obligations of Institutional Membership as set out in the Constitution and as determined under the EFCE rules from time to time and which are accepted for Institutional Membership by the EFCE charity trustees.


Honorary Members

The EFCE charity trustees may confer the title Honorary Member on an individual, who has made extraordinary contributions to the life and welfare of the EFCE over an extended period of time.
