European Workshop on Food Engineering and Technology

The 11th  European PhD Workshop on Food Engineering and Technology was held at Nestlé PTC in Singen, Germany on April 27th – 28th, 2017.
The workshop is organised by the Section on Food of the European Federation of Chemical Engineering (EFCE) in cooperation with the European Federation of Food Science and Technology (EFFoST) and Nestlé SA.
