European Workshop on Food Engineering and Technology

The 10th European PhD Workshop on Food Engineering and Technology was held at Bühler AG in Uzwil, Switzerland on April 28th – 29th, 2016.
The workshop is organised by the Section on Food of the European Federation of Chemical Engineering (EFCE) in cooperation with the European Federation of Food Science and Technology (EFFoST) and Bühler AG.
